With pleasure, this is the first announcement for the upcoming surfing reef conference in Lombok, Indonesia. For the surfers, that's the island with Banco Banco (Desert Point). We encourage people who have any interest in the coast with a penchant for reefs to attend. We are keen to have papers for both natural and artificial reefs, beaches and coasts in general from everyone with any work or personal interest. This conference also incorporates the First Surfing Pools Conference.

Please also check the website www.xpo-photo.net  to view some of the wonderful surf at Inside Ekas and Outside Ekas in South East Lombok.  The Surfing Reef Conference venue overlooks the Inside Ekas surf break and Outside Ekas is within walking distance from the venue.  

Please get your calendars marked and leave the space in your schedule for this event.
