The Conference will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Hilton Riverside Hotel, December 9-13, 2006.

The theme of Restore America's Estuaries' 3rd National Conference is "Forging the National Imperative", and it will bring timely national attention to the challenges and opportunities of coastal restoration at all scales throughout the United States - especially in Coastal Louisiana and the northern Gulf Coast.  The Conference will emphasize the challenges ahead in strengthening a national commitment to coastal restoration.  This Conference will be recognized as an invaluable next step in working to restore our nation's coasts, and will have a lasting impact on all participants.
