Third International Jellyfish Blooms Symposium

The First International Jellyfish Blooms Symposium was held in Alabama (USA) in January 2000 and was organised by Monty Graham and Jenny Purcell. The Second was held in Gold Coast (Australia) in June 2007 and was organized by Kylie Pitt and Jamie Seymour. Approximately 60 delegates from the USA, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia attended these highly successful meetings. The proceedings were published in special volumes of Hydrobiologia (Volume 451, 2001 and Volume 616, 2009).

We now invite delegates to attend the Third International Jellyfish Blooms Symposium, in Mar del Plata (Argentina) next July 2010.
